Dear Valued Visitors,
The Ontario Government has recently established updates to the Keeping Ontario Safe and Open Framework today. As you have probably heard by now, this framework includes public health measures using colour-coded levels and includes regulations for all forms of recreational facilities.
As of Monday, November 16, our public health region will be moved to the yellow or ‘Protect’ level of the Ontario Government’s COVID-19 Response Framework. This change means that Heritage Lanes will have updated physical distancing, masking rules and Group capacities, which are all outlined below.
Increased Physical Distancing
We know that you understand the importance of physical distancing! Now, we’re just asking you to kick it up a notch. As guidelines from government and public health experts continue to evolve, we ask that you always maintain a 3-metre distance (instead of the previous 2-metres) from other bowlers and Associates.
Yellow Mask Level Regulations
Heritage Lanes is located in the Southwestern Public Health Unit area will continue to operate with the Yellow Mask Level, which requires that you wear a mask at all times within the establishment including when actively bowling.
Group Capacity Limits
To comply with the Ontario government’s new restrictions, we will now be enforcing the below restrictions. This includes our Leagues, Birthday Parties and all group bookings and events.
- 50 people max capacity in indoor areas given that social distancing can be maintained
- Limit of 6 people may be seated together
- Patrons must be seated when eating and drinking
Contact information will now be required from all patrons and retained for one month.
We thank you for your continued patience as we navigate these unprecedented times. Heritage Lanes top priority remains the health and safety of our Members, Guests, Associates and communities.
